Author Guidelines

Please read the guidelines below then visit the Journal’s submission site to upload your manuscript. Only manuscripts of sufficient quality that meet the aims and scope of Tikrit Journal of Administration and Economics Sciences will be reviewed.

Remember that the paper presented to the journal is your responsibility and commitment to the scientific publication instructions.

Types of Papers & General Policies

Types of papers:

  1. Original papers (Regular Papers): Should report the results of original research. The material should not have been published previously elsewhere.
  2. Reviews: Should cover a part of the subject of active current interest.
  3. Short Communication: A concise description of a limited investigation. Should not occupy more than 6 printed pages.
  4. Letter to the Editor: Correspondence.

Submission Checklist & Manuscript Policy:

Ensure one author has been designated as the corresponding author with an E-mail address and full postal address.

  • Publishes administrative and economic research for researchers in disciplines (economics, management, accounting, statistics, informatics) written in Arabic or English.
  • Research should not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • Research is subject to a rigorous double-anonymize scientific evaluation.
  • Research will not be returned to authors, published or unpublished.
  • Contain a cover page with the researcher's name, scientific rank, email, work location, and address.
  • The researcher is committed to paying all financial expenses for assessment and publishing.

The journal adheres to a rigorous double-anonymize reviewing policy. An editorial decision is generally reached within 6-8 weeks of the first submission.

Formatting, Artwork & Reference Style

Formatting: The preferred format for your manuscript is Word.

Artwork: Figures supplied in color will appear in color online.

Acknowledgements & Declarations: All contributors who do not meet the criteria for authorship should be listed in an Acknowledgements section. Authors are encouraged to include a declaration of any conflicting interests.

Reference Style (APA Format)

Tikrit Journal of Administration and Economics Sciences adheres to the APA reference style. Referred to the sources and references in the text as follows: (Dora, 1994: 15) or (Porter, 1995: 15). Write a list of sources at the end, arranged alphabetically.

ORCID & Submission Details

ORCID Integration

The collection of ORCID IDs from corresponding authors is now part of the submission process. We strongly encourage all co-authors to link their ORCID ID to their accounts. Your ORCID ID will become part of your accepted publication’s metadata. If you do not already have an ORCID ID, please visit orcid.org/register to create one.

Information required for completing your submission

You will be asked to provide contact details and academic affiliations for all co-authors via the submission system and identify the corresponding author. These details must match what appears on your manuscript. The affiliation listed in the manuscript should be the institution where the research was conducted. Ensure you have included all the required statements and declarations and uploaded any additional supplementary files.
