Abstract

The research aims to know the level of outstanding performance according to the quick response industrialization of Al-Zawra General Company as a community for research. As the researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach to find out the size of the gap for the variables of the study as well as for the dimensions of the dependent variable (satisfaction with work by workers, satisfaction with productivity, creativity at work, efficiency and effectiveness). The checklist data that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data and information was analyzed and the research found that there is an application for the manufacturing system to respond quickly to production processes through the company's establishment to meet the needs of the public and private sector institutions of their products, especially generators, spare tools and electrical appliances.
