Abstract
The aim of the research is to demonstrate The Effect of dynamic capabilities in improving the performance of educational organizations at the University of Baghdad to prove the research The descriptive analytical approach was used, representing the research community in the faculties of engineering (the presidency of the university, its departments and employees) from which its sample was withdrawn by (165). the results showed that "the use of dynamic capabilities -developed and encouraged- to improve university’s performance through developing and training workers, improving their learning capabilities, and coordinating between jobs and duties assigned to them, The researchers presented recommendations, the most important of which is "despite the high levels indicated by the results tests in the statistical analysis of the dynamic capabilities in the researched university, its senior leaderships had to invest in the high levels of the capabilities of its staffs by giving them independence in performing their duties and practicing their activities."
