تأثير جودة حياة العمل في الالتزام التنظيمي دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عدد من مدرسي المدارس الأهلية في مدينة الموصل

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي الى قياس تأثير جودة حياة العمل في الالتزام التنظيمي لعينة عشوائية تتكون من (118) مدرساً ومدرسةً من مجتمع تمثل بـ (180) مدرساً ومدرسةً في المدارس الثانوية الأهلية في مدينة الموصل. ويسعى البحث الى معالجة مشكلات زيادة دوران العمل ونوايا ترك العمل التي تعاني منها المنظمات المبحوثة وفق بعدي البحث ومكوناتهما. وتم تبني ثلاث فرضيات تم اختبارهما باستخدام تحليل الانحدار البسيط والمتدرج وتحليل الارتباط للبيانات المجمعة من خلال استمارة الاستبانة لإجابات الافراد المبحوثين، واستخدم مقياس ليكرت الخماسي في كل المقاييس. وتوصل البحث الى ان هناك صلة بين جودة حياة العمل والالتزام التنظيمي وفق اتجاهات الافراد المبحوثين، وأن تحسين جودة حياة العمل يؤثر بزيادة الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الافراد المبحوثين.
